What We Expect Upon Arrival:

  • It is advised that all of your personal belongings be adequately packaged before our arrival.
  • Please pack, seal, and label any boxes you use with the word "fragile" if necessary.
  • Electronics should be disconnected and their wires securely wrapped before being packed.
  • Clean off any furniture that will be moved, and secure any breakables or loose objects.
  • Pets should be restrained in order to protect both them and our movers.
  • Remove all mirrors and artwork from the walls.
  • Drawers can contain clothing indefinitely. For hanging clothes, we provide wardrobe boxes.
  • After the bottom of the wardrobe box has been firmly taped, linens, pillows, and shoes may be placed there.
  • When scheduling, special items like safes, pianos, hot tubs, and exercise equipment should be mentioned so that the appropriate truck and staff may be given.
